I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Rome that provided an ideal location for exploring the city. Situated in a safe neighborhood, it was just a short walk to the Spanish steps and the metro, making it convenient for getting around. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and friendly service from the staff. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options to start the day, and there was even a great view of the street from the room. the hotel provided excellent facilities and advantages for a pleasant stay.
There was one negative aspect about the hotel that I noticed.

The internet connection (cable only, no WLAN) was working very well and fast. Considering the size of the hotel (only 9 rooms) there is still a 24/7 attendance. Very friendly staff and a good atmosphere. I can recommend the place both for a city trip or a conference (the Excelsior conference hotel is just around the corner).
No fresh bread from day 3 onwards. The breakfast buffet is a too big for the size of the hotel. I'd rather have a smaller selection but everything fresh.

The receptionist at our arrival was exceptional. The room was very spacious and clean and I would go back.
I would like to have a more elaborate breakfast for the extra price I paid.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rome. The prices were incredibly reasonable, making it great value for money. The attention to detail in the rooms, with modern furnishings and even a balcony with a good view, was impressive. The location was perfect, right in the center of Rome and close to everything, including the underground stations and even the famous Louis Vuitton store. The staff were friendly and the service provided was excellent. The breakfast served each morning was a wonderful way to start the day.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

My Easter stay in this central hotel was quite pleasant. Two of the best things were the variety of breakfast options and a helpful staff for tourists. In terms of location, it was easy to walk to many local attractions and restaurants. the hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport, which was a great convenience.
My room was a bit cramped and less modern than expected. a fair amount of street noise and construction noise disturbed my sleep at night.

I liked the modern design of the room and the friendly staff of the hotel. The location is very good, if you do not want to use car.
There was no view from the window of the room, maybe you have to ask for this detail before you book the room. There is a problem with the noice between the rooms, because of the construction of the walls.

the location is excellent, can go everywhere by foot. very clean. nice private car service to and from the airport, costs less than a taxi.
to much noice that starts early in the morning, poor breakfast that doesn't worth the money you pay for it.

A good sized room, very clean, the bathroom was amazing, loved the fact that the bed and pillows didnt smell stale. The heating was in the proper level and there was always hot water to shower.
From the description at Booked.net you do not get the picture that it is exactly what the title says, a few 'stylish' rooms located inside a much larger building. There was a problem with the noise, we could hear the receptionist since he is sitting at the end of the corridor that leads to the rooms with nothing to separate the two. A door separating the two would be a very big improvement.

The breakfast was satisfying and the place had free WiFi which was a bonus. , the location was convenient as there were many restaurants and stores around the hotel.
The room was quite small and dark. There was no natural light coming in and the bathroom was outdated.
